Synthrestore are concerned with servicing & repairs of vintage analogue (and some digital) synthesizers. Estimates are free, and jobs are priced for a fixed fee, as opposed to an hourly rate. In the unforseen instance that the fee maybe greater than the original quote (for whatever reason), we will always ask for your advice first, before continuing with the repair. Due to the rise in transport/admin/insurance costs, we are now asking customers to make their own courier/postage arrangements to get items picked up. As a general guide, small mono synths (ie SH101) are priced at £150 for a repair/service. Larger polyphonic synth repairs start from £180.
Please note, that in certain circumstances the fee may be higher if the repair is serious (in which case, we would let you know BEFORE carrying out any work)
Items that cannot be repaired will be charged with a £45 handling fee (this does not cover the cost of return postage).
